Wire guide nozzle is used in the coil winding machines for winding enameled wires. Coil winding nozzle needs to hold up against strong and constant frictional forces from metal wire. Its material requires excellent wear resistance, low frictional resistance, and good surface finishing. Our carbide winding nozzles are made of tungsten carbide, the hardness is up to 91HRA and above, and the strength is over 3500N/mm2. Compared with ruby nozzles, there is no bulge in the bore due to mono-block tungsten carbide materials, and the wires can pass smoothly from the inlet to the outlet.
